A super delicious and extremely easy Loaded Cheese, Chicken and Potato Casserole to serve to your family for a one pan dinner. With 10 minutes of prep time and 90 minutes in the oven, you can have a complete dinner ready. Take the time the casserole is cooking and fix a nice salad to finish off this easy and delicious meal.

If you look at the picture below, you will be able to see how the potatoes and cheese meld while cooking and then with the cheese baked on top creates a crunchy cheese layer that will ad another level of texture and taste to the dish.

Loaded Cheese Chicken and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 heaping teaspoon sugar
3 heavy dashes ground black pepper
2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 slices Canadian bacon, cut into pieces
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 heaping cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 stalk scallion, green part only, cut into small rounds
